Overview
Manage the day-to-day operations of a company, supporting and engaging with all different parts of an organisation. The role is varied and can be found across all industries and types of business.

- Learn how to develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services
- Practice problem solving and decision making skills
- Learn laws and regulations such as data protection and health and safety
- Develop coaching, leadership and management strategies

Apprentices will need to be working towards and achieve the following job role requirements before their end point assessment:
- Sets personal goals and objectives for self
- Organises and prioritises workload
- Involved in organising and managing resources
- Involved in leading on projects
- Including managing risk and monitoring progress
- Organising and planning meetings and events
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues
- Communicating with internal/external customers verbally and digitally
- Maintain, record and analyse data using IT software
- Entry Requirements

Every employer is different and therefore the entry requirements can vary. As a guide, you ideally need GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths.
However, we will work with you and provide additional support to help you achieve their requirements, either prior to your Apprenticeship or during the delivery of your programme.
If you are 19 or over, functional skills are not required unless requested by the apprentice’s employer.
Progression and careers
On completion you could choose to progress on to a variety of apprenticeships, such as Level 4 Project Manager. Alternatively, you could find full time employment and this role is a good gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles. There’s incredible room for growth in
the field.
