What is it like to study this course and how will I be assessed?
This Advanced Apprenticeship is suitable for those in a first line management role, with operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. The Apprentice will provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals within a team. Job roles may include: Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer or Shift Supervisor.
This programme will be assessed via an end point assessment. This will include:
• Portfolio of evidence
• Work based project
• Continual professional development log review

What are the entry requirements?
Apprentices are required to have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
What facilities are there?
Apprentices have access to all facilities across college. These include the college Learning Resource Centres and the College Gym.
What can the course lead on to?
This programme can lead to a Level 5 Operations and Departmental Management Apprenticeship.
Are there any additional costs?
There are no additional costs to the Apprentice.
