Overview

Hospitality supervisors provide vital support to managers and are capable of independently running shifts. You need to be working within a team, being able to motivate the team is essential. Those that can work under pressure & still deliver fantastic customer service.

This course will help you develop the skills needed to support the business in reaching financial targets, motivate team members, make critical decisions and provide fantastic customer service, developing your confidence and leadership skills.

Apprentices will need to be working towards and achieve the following job role requirements before their end point assessment:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and showcase fantastic hospitality skills
  • Recognise customer needs
  • Use clear and engaging communication to establish a good rapport with customers
  • Perform activities to positively promote business / brand standards
  • Carefully handle payments, transactions, stock and packaging
  • Support team members to ensure that the products and services delivered are of a high quality

Next steps: On completion you could progress on to the Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship or into full time employment.

Entry Requirements

Every employer is different and therefore the entry requirements can vary. As a guide, you ideally need GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths. However, we will work with you and provide additional support to help you achieve their requirements, either prior to your Apprenticeship or during the delivery of your programme.
