This Apprenticeship is aimed at business and customer support staff who are interacting with customers on a regular basis. Individuals need to be delivering products and services to the customers of its organisation. These can be delivered digitally, or through going out into the customers own locality.
Topics include:
- Regulations and Legislation – Date Protection, Health and Safety Legislation, Consumer Law
- Developing Self – Personal development plans, workplace appraisals, employer feedback, online learning and workplace mandatory training, next career steps
- Systems and Resources – CRM and MIS systems, physical and electronic resources required to deliver service
- Understanding the Organisation – Aims, values, mission, organisational structures, stakeholders, industry sectors, products and services offered
Example job role: Customer Support Staff.
Apprentices will need to be working towards and achieve the following job role requirements before their end point assessment:
- Interacting with internal and external customers regularly (face to face and digitally)
- Taking ownership of the customer journey
- Sets personal goals and objectives for self
- Managing workload and deadlines
- Working as part of a team
- Monitor customer service levels
You will achieve:
- Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2
- End Point Assessment
- Digital Training
- Microsoft skills
Next steps: Apprentices can progress onto our Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 or full time employment.
- Entry Requirements

Every employer is different and therefore the entry requirements can vary. As a guide, you ideally need GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths. However, we will work with you and provide additional support to help you achieve their requirements, either prior to your Apprenticeship or during the delivery of your programme.
