Overview

This course is suitable for beginners who wish to learn how to bake and produce sponge/biscuits, creams and fillings, pastries and mousses, quiches, choux pastry, shortbread and glazes.

You will be required to bring your own ingredients each week (details will be posted a week prior to the course start date).

There is no assessment or exam, just bring your enthusiasm and passion for baking.

The Laurence Building boasts industry standard kitchens with professional equipment, alongside a newly built skills kitchen area. The facilities and lecturers provide the best environment for you to learn.
