Overview

This course will introduce you to the aromas and tastes that inspire Asian cuisine, producing authentic recipes. You will be required to bring your own ingredients each week (details will be posted a week prior to the course start date). 

Training will be provided in an informative but supportive professional environment, by our team of skilled professionals, there are no assessments or examinations to be taken during this programme. All that’s required is bags of enthusiasm and a passion for creating exciting dishes.

The Laurence Building boasts industry standard kitchens with professional equipment, alongside a newly built skills development area that is more reflective of a home cookery environment. The facilities and tutors provide the best environment for you to learn.
