On this course you will:
- Take part in work experience
- Use digital communication technologies
- Shoot a short film
- Create an animation
- Design a website
- Work in a team
- Learn basic code and make your own computer game
You will be assessed by assignments and coursework, and will need to sit tests for your English and Maths.
This course is ideal if you want to develop a range of skills you can use in the retail, customer service or business sector or progress to further study.
Future Steps: On completion of this course, you may be able to progress to a Level 2 course, employment or an Apprenticeship.
- Entry Requirements

You will need four GCSEs at grade 2 or above, including in GCSE English Language and Maths. If you don’t have a grade 4 in English and Maths, you will be required to study for this alongside your course. An interest in gaining a job in the retail, customer service or business industry is really important.
- Facilities

You will have access to all the College facilities, including a student restaurant, full media suite, gym and fully equipped Learning Resource Centre (LRC).

An approximate £45 resource fee applies.
The resource fee covers trips and visits, external speakers course material and any additional activities.
