“The reason I wanted to do Business Administration was because there are so many job opportunities to explore within the industry. It meant that I would be able to work as part of a team and improve my customer service and communication skills, which are essential in any business. Alongside working in my office, my Apprenticeship has also allowed me to enrol on other courses that further my knowledge and skill set.
I think an Apprenticeship is special because of the level of support you receive from your employer, colleagues and training provider to help you succeed in your role and career.”
