“Engineering is a fantastic field – it is very broad. Everything we touch in our daily lives involves some form of engineering. You need to have a bit of vision, be creative, able to investigate things, be resourceful and be a great problem solver.
If you are an Engineering employer I think you should consider the Apprenticeship route, as young people have a great deal to offer – they are the next generation of engineers.
Greg, our Apprentice, has made great progress with us and this has been helped by the studies he does at the College. He has had fantastic opportunities using the facilities there and he has transferred this across to making our products.”
