Why do this course?

An opportunity to examine and explore news stories and events in detail, looking beyond the headlines and scrutinising them from different perspectives. Topics may include: Brexit, domestic and global politics, social issues, climate change and Human Rights. However, as news is constantly evolving there will be opportunities to investigate news stories as they happen, and students have a degree of autonomy in this process.

Students will be given the opportunity to conduct their own research and produce content in areas of interest.
