Public Access to Meetings of the Corporation and Committees

The Corporation has decided that attendance by the public or by the media at meetings of the Board and its committees is not permitted. In exceptional circumstances the Corporation may decide by a majority vote to allow members of the public or media to attend for all or a specific part of a particular Corporation or committee meeting.

Governors, who are not members of the committee, may attend committee meetings as observers, with the advance consent of the Committee Chair, but may only participate in discussion at the invitation of the Committee Chair.
