What do I need to bring?
- Evidence of your exam results (GCSEs, BTECs and any others)
- Your National Insurance Number (NIN)
- If you are not a UK national, please bring your Share Code and your passport or national ID card associated to your UKVI account; we may need to ask to view this information before enrolling you.We can’t wait to welcome you to Exeter College this summer.


What to expect…
- Our enrolment and induction day will be from 11:45-15:30
- Please come to Main Reception (Hele Road Site, EX4 4JS) and one of our team will welcome you
- If your invite states you must attend an interview before enrolling, this will take place at the time included in your invite
- If you are offered a place, you will continue with your enrolment and induction on this day
- There will be a lunch break
- There will be free tea, coffee and light refreshments
- You will have the opportunity to speak to our range of support services for Adult learners
What support and information will be available on the day?
- Adult Advice Zone – Advice and guidance if you have changed your mind or need to look at alternative options
- Financial Support – Get advice or apply for financial support
- Student Experience – Find out more about the support we can offer and chat to us if you have any questions or concerns
- Learning Support – Find out about additional support we may be able to provide while you are attending College
- Discount cards available to Exeter College students include: TOTUM, Unidays, Student Beans.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where does Access to HE Enrolment take place?
The Access to HE Enrolment event takes place in 2 locations: first our Institute of Technology, also known as Digital and Data Centre, in our Main Hele Road site, EX4 4JS, and then learners will continue the process in our CCI building. Please note we have NO onsite car parking available at the College.
I can’t attend my appointment, what should I do?
To enrol at college, you MUST attend an enrolment appointment in person.
Please contact the Adult Admissions Team, as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, so we can liaise with the faculty to enrol you on an alternative date.

We cannot guarantee any spaces if you have not secured an offer before the Summer, but we will do our upmost to find alternative arrangements for you if spaces are available after the 1st September.
I’ve changed my mind about my course
Please contact our Adult Advice Team as soon as possible so we can support you with your next steps to apply for a different Exeter College course.

I didn’t get the grades I needed to do my course
Please call our Admissions team on 01392 400 444 as soon as possible on or after Results Day so we can discuss the possibility of you doing your GCSEs with us as an Adult learner next year.
We will also have Adult Advisers on hand to discuss options. You can call our Adult Advice Team on 01392 400170.
I need to change my preferred name/email/address?
You will have the opportunity to make changes to your personal details at enrolment.
I have decided not to come to Exeter College
Please email us on enrol@exe-coll.ac.uk and we will withdraw your application.
