This apprenticeship unit is for individuals in leadership roles responsible for setting direction, governance and oversight for AI use who, with the support of their employer, need upskilling in AI leadership literacy, including the capabilities and limitations of AI and the opportunities it presents to their organisation. This unit is particularly relevant for individuals in organisations at an early or exploratory stage of AI adoption, where there is a need to build a foundational understanding and identify viable opportunities.

AI Leadership – AI Delivery & Organisational Transformation

This apprenticeship unit is for individuals in leadership roles responsible for setting direction and who have oversight of AI use, who, with the support of their employer, need upskilling in the safe and effective delivery of AI-enabled organisational transformation. It is suited to those overseeing implementation of AI and ensuring that AI solutions are integrated effectively into organisational processes and ways of working.

AI Leadership – AI Adoption, Procurement & Governance

This apprenticeship unit is for individuals in leadership roles responsible for shaping, influencing, or supporting decisions about the adoption of AI systems within their organisation. These individuals, with support of their employer, need upskilling in adopting AI systems and governing them responsibly. It is suited to those involved in evaluating options, developing business cases, and establishing governance and assurance approaches for AI and digital technologies.

Network Engineer – Higher Apprenticeship

Network engineers work across organisations of all sizes to install, maintain, and troubleshoot physical, virtual, and cloud-based networks. They ensure systems run securely and efficiently, resolving issues quickly to minimise downtime. Their role may be independent or team-based depending on the organisation, and they support both technical and non-technical users. They also interpret technical information, meet organisational requirements, and interact with a wide range of stakeholders in their daily work.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship

This higher level apprenticeship is aimed at anyone interested in AI, Automation, and business improvement. You should have a reasonable understanding of IT and business basics.

Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship

A Digital Support Technician Apprentice will maximise the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software and digital communications. These include collaborative technologies, and digital information systems.

Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

As a Multi-Channel Marketer you will define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to reach, engage with and retain customers, promoting a product or service.

My placement is at a tech support company and I now work part time with the company too. I was able to use my skills at College and on my placement in my employment. Data Technician Apprenticeship

This course is ideal if you enjoy mathematics, have an interest in data patterns, possibly already work with spreadsheets of data regularly, and want to advance your career with data analytics.
