Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering for England (HTQ)

This Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is recognised by employers and covers a wide range of topics, providing a well-rounded understanding of all areas of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The course can be studied either full time or part time; alternatively, you may be able to complete it as part of a Higher Apprenticeship. If you are employed in a relevant role, the HNC can also be taken as a standalone qualification, with the tuition fees either paid by yourself or by your employer.

Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship

A Mechanical Engineering Technician Apprentice deals with the design, development, installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical devices, such as new objects, including kitchen appliances through to car engines. This Higher Apprenticeship programme offers a practical approach by combining an academic HNC course with a workplace assessed NVQ 4.
