Wood Occupations (Construction) – Bench

This qualification is designed for experienced professionals in the carpentry trade who want to formalise their skills and gain recognition for their expertise. The course focuses on those with at least five years of industry experience who are already working in the field but lack a formal carpentry qualification.

This course is ideal for:

This course offers a flexible, workplace-based approach. No College attendance is required. You can complete this qualification entirely onsite without attending College. You will be assigned an assessor who will visit you at your workplace to observe your skills and collect evidence. You’ll have up to 2 years to gather all the required evidence to complete the qualification.

By completing this course, you will:

• Gain a nationally recognised Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Bench Joinery.
• Demonstrate your competence to employers through real-world evidence.

As this is a work based qualification it will be done in your place of work.
