An exciting programme showcasing Asian influence on food.

If you withdraw from the course before the start date you will be entitled to a refund of tuition fees, providing you have informed the college at least two weeks before the course start date.

Overview
This course will introduce you to the aromas and tastes that inspire Asian cuisine, producing authentic recipes.
You will be required to bring your own ingredients each week (details will be posted a week prior to the course start date).
There is no assessment or exam, just bring your enthusiasm and passion for cooking and creating exciting dishes.
Entry Requirements

None – all are welcome. Suitable for anyone who has an interest in cooking international foods.
