WHAT DOES Community Gateway OFFER?​ 

1-1 Tutorials to monitor progress, learning and targets

Opportunities to gain new skills and work on group and individual projects

An Individual Learning Plan which sets targets for personalised learning

Practical hands on experience in the work place

This course will help you to:

  • Progress towards independence
  • Improve skills for work and life
  • Develop communication skills
  • Gain experience of working with others
  • Learn in a supportive environment
  • Take part in volunteering opportunities, community projects and work experience

You will also gain Maths and English qualifications.

What can I progress onto after this course?

Some students will progress onto a Supported Internship, others may progress onto volunteering or Adult Social Care.
