Overview

This course equips learners with essential knowledge and skills for safely working on electric/hybrid vehicles. Participants learn to conduct diagnostics, testing, and repairs on high-energy electrical systems, including those with prior damage. This qualification emphasises utilising information effectively, recording data, and making appropriate recommendations to ensure efficient and secure operations throughout repair and replacement tasks.

What topics will I study?

You will follow examples given in the course manual, working at your own pace, with guidance from an experienced member of staff who will be available at all times to help you gain confidence quickly.

The Level 3 is a 2 day course. Learners will be allocated a slot to perform a practical test, no online exam is required.

Entry Requirements

Individuals interested in taking this course will need to possess appropriate vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge and skills at Level 3.

Funding Availability 

Self-Financing: No funding available for this course. For fee’s over £150, you can set up an instalment plan to pay over 3 months (50% on the first month, and 25% for the following 2 months)
