“Drama and Theatre studies aims to make us experts in taking scripts, stimuli, and devising ideas from page to stage. A lot of our time is spent exploring different practitioners, rehearsing collaboratively, and studying our set plays. We also create work in devising groups, which allows us to use the skills we’ve developed and build something entirely from scratch. Drama also offers a range of affordable and convenient trips to watch live theatre, which is a key aspect of the written exam; we’ve visited theatres locally and across the UK, experiencing a variety of genres, styles and companies.”

Rhi, studying A Level Drama and Theatre, English Literature and English Language.
