The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations qualification is aimed at adults with at least five years trade experience and is working within the industry.

This course has several starting dates throughout the year, please apply at an early stage.
The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations – site carpentry qualification is aimed at adults with at least five years trade experience who are working within the industry already but who do not have a carpentry qualification. This course does not require you to attend College – instead, you will be assigned an assessor who will arrange to visit you in your workplace and collect the required workplace evidence. You will have 2 years to collect all of the evidence that is required.
The course is aimed at learners who have been carrying out carpentry at work but don’t have a formal qualification.

You will need to complete a skill scan to ensure you are covering a range of work.
You will need to be currently employed in a carpentry role.
You will need to be 19 years or older and employed. - Facilities
