Each session includes a range of exercises aimed at developing confidence, skills, and creative self-expression.
We explore different artistic genres such as still life, portraiture, interiors, cityscapes, and abstraction, using them to build fundamental painting and drawing techniques.
You will work on:
- Mark-making
- Line and tone
- Black and white and greyscale
- Monochrome
- Colour theory
- Perspective
- Composition
- Priming, grounds and supports
- Develop your own painting
