Overview
This Apprenticeship combines a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship with the CMI First-Line Management Programme, giving you Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status alongside your qualification. Candidates should choose this route if they have an interest in leadership, project delivery, critical thinking, organising and planning. You’ll need to be in a role where you manage or contribute to real workplace projects and have some responsibility for planning, risk or resource decisions; a formal “Manager” job title isn’t required. The programme suits a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, engineering, public services, transport, health, hospitality, education and business services.
Who is this course for?
This programme is designed for those working in or moving into a role where they are leading people and/or projects. It is aimed at mid-level professionals who are looking to develop their leadership and management skills. This includes individuals who are new to managing people and projects, those moving from a technical or operational role into leadership, and experienced managers who wish to develop a formal, practical grounding in both leadership and project management. The programme suits a wide range of sectors: infrastructure, engineering, public services, transport, health, hospitality, education, and business services, among others.
