“I love that we get to learn something new so regularly, you get to practice and practice until it’s right. Dinner service is always something new. You literally learn something new every time you come in. I think we’re very lucky here. We have multiple kitchens. We have amazing chefs who have had really incredible careers and now share all their knowledge with us and it does make a difference. We get to do service, we get to do skill session and sometimes chefs like Michael Caines are here.”
