“ I love the amount of practical work we get to do. We research genres and music theory too, but all of that eventually relates back to what you’re playing and how you express yourself on your instrument. We do a lot of groundwork and look at music history but we’re given proper time to develop ourselves as instrumentalists and songwriters. The college put together performance opportunities for us, they give us a good chance to show everybody what we’ve been working on. This course defintely helped me get into the Paul McCartney School of Music in Liverpool. The main thing I have learned on this course is how to work with other people as a musician.”
