2 September – 3 – 6pm

Interviews and Enrolment will take place on the 2 September from 3 – 6pm at the Centre for Creative Industries opposite Exeter Central Train Station.
We can’t wait to welcome you to Exeter College this summer.
At your interview and enrolment, we’ll confirm that you’re on the right course for your future, check you meet the expected grade profile and make sure you’re set up on all our systems to start your exceptional education with us.


What is enrolment?
Enrolment is the process for confirming your place on the course you will study with us and sign up as an Exeter College student.
As part of the process we will check that you have the grades you need for your chosen course.
You will complete all the necessary paperwork to enrol as a student, including all funding forms and you will have your photo taken for your college ID card.
Please ensure that you bring along any evidence required for any funding concessions.
ENROLMENT EXPLAINED
Invite to enrol:
You will receive your invitation via email, shortly after we receive and process your application.
You will be required to book your individual interview & enrolment appointment via the Microsoft booking system.
If you are unable to make any of the times available please contact us as soon as possible.

Enrolment form:
At the end of August, we will send out your enrolment form. Please complete your personal details on the enrolment form and bring it with you to enrolment.

Please note we have NO onsite car parking available at the College.
Please note enrolment takes place at our Centre for Creative Industries, opposite Exeter Central Train Station.
What do I need to bring?
- Your enrolment form completed with your personal details.
- Evidence of your official exam results (GCSEs, BTECs and any others).
- Any proof required for fee concessions.
What happens at enrolment?
- Your enrolment appointment will take roughly 45 mins to an hour.
- We offer free tea and coffee and suitable waiting areas.
- Please come to the Creative Centre for Industries building, and we will direct you to the correct room. · If you have not brought your enrolment form with completed personal details, you will be given a new one to complete before your interview (please plan to arrive 15 minutes early if you don’t have your enrolment form).
- You will meet a tutor from your subject area who will confirm your choices with you. They will also give you information about your first day at college, complete the course information on your enrolment form and your funding forms with you.
- You will then go to our Sports Hall to get your photo taken and collect your student ID card.
- In the Sports Hall you will be able to access further information and guidance from our range of support and information services to ensure you have everything you need before you start College.

- Adult Advice – Information, advice and guidance if you have changed your mind or need to look at alternative options.
- Financial Support – Get advice or apply for financial support for your studies.
- WRAAP – Wrap Around Support Programme/Student Experience.
- Adult Learning Support – Let us know about any support you have had in class or during your exams at school so we can ensure that we can put in place the correct support at college for you.
I can’t attend my appointment. What should I do?
To enrol at college, you MUST attend an enrolment appointment in person.

You will have the opportunity to make changes to your personal details at enrolment.
