“Engineering is a fantastic field – it is very broad. Everything we touch in our daily lives involves some form of engineering. You need to have a bit of vision, be creative, able to investigate things, be resourceful and be a great problem solver.
If you are an Engineering employer I think you should consider the Apprenticeship route, as young people have a great deal to offer – they are the next generation of engineers.
