This course is ideal for anyone looking to move into employment or hoping to move onto further courses. You will attend an action packed residential and be involved in local environmental and client-based projects, work placements and fundraising events. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community, while gaining valuable skills and experience.
You can achieve a Prince’s Trust Level 1 Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills, a completion certificate and an up to date CV. Completing the qualification is 100% portfolio based. You will learn through group work, presentations, outdoor activities, problem solving and discussions.
- Entry Requirements

Application is by email only, and entry is subject to interview with one of our teaching team. There are no formal entry requirements. You will need to show at interview that you are motivated and willing to work in all weathers.
This further education course is free for all 16-25 year olds who have been resident in the UK and the European Economic Area for the last 3 years. Please note, if you are aged 19 years or above, participation in TEAM will not affect your receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) or equivalent benefits.
