The course is for everybody who wants to feel calmer, more in control and ultimately happier in life. This will be achieved by learning mindfulness practices like awareness of breath, body scan and more in the class room and at home. Individual inquiry and group reflections will form an essential part of the course. The learning will be supported by print handouts and digital resources like audio guidance from a range of mindfulness teachers.

The content of the course follows closely the mindfulness based stress reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. New topics like mindful communication, mindful living, form part of the up to date curriculum.

Next steps: 

Feeling happier, more joyful, creating a more meaningful life, being present, appreciation, kindness, care and compassion for self and others, increased ability to deal with life challenges, feeling deeply resourced and authentic.

Once you have completed the course you can continue your practice independently at home or participate in weekly/monthly mindfulness groups and retreats.

Entry Requirements

A willingness to practice at home, an interest in your wellbeing, a wish to explore and reflect on the workings of the mind/body.
