Rafal – Apple App Development Student

“This course is a necessary step to improve your skills in app development, introduce us to the world of Apple and create our own applications. We have an excellent teacher who provides a wealth of resources, supports, and ideas. I am very happy to be on the course.”

Hugo – Apple App Development Student

“This has been an excellent course which covers all the basics and has enabled me to start writing apps of my own. Our teacher has been great and has done extremely well teaching to the varying levels of experience in the class. With the skills I have gained I will be able to work providing testing and assurance in the Swift language and have every intention of enrolling in the advanced modules.”

Stuart – Software test engineer currently studying Swift fundamentals

I have found the course to be very rewarding. We are just passed the halfway point and I feel that I have learned a great deal in a short space of time. Chris is a hugely enthusiastic teacher and his use of multiple methods and media to teach the course is impressive using presentations, handouts, online quizzes, Playgrounds and hands on work with the Apple Macs. His experience in the industry allows him to answer the many questions that are asked about coding and development and about potential career paths and how the software business world works.’

Paul, studying Introduction to App Development

‘Coming into the Apple developers evening course as a mature student, it has been nothing short of brilliant to have a complex subject delivered by such enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional lecturers. Chris and John have managed to deliver some difficult concepts to a very varied group, of differing abilities, in a wide range of teaching styles to ensure we all understood, could apply, and utilise this new knowledge.  The classes have been fun, with some excellent discussion around digital skills, digital employment, and the future of programming, as well as the core subject skills. I have thoroughly enjoyed these sessions and would recommend them to anyone looking to grasp the concepts of coding, utilising Apple’s Xcode and Swift.’

Cliff, studying Introduction to App Development

‘Chris and the team through that course gave us such a strong foundation to start our careers in software development. All the project planning, project management and software development lifecycle knowledge was what gave my employer the confidence to take on a mostly ‘self-taught’ developer. After many months of learning and building projects in my spare time, I can finally transition over to a full time role. Thanks to Chris and the team in helping me achieve that, I really appreciate it.’
