Getting Our Students Involved

Exeter College news article

Date: Wednesday 29 November 2017

The international student Social Programme is in full swing. This year our international students have explored Exeter and the sights of London, taken part in cultural pumpkin carving and scaled the dizzy heights of Clip and Climb. We hope to visit Harry Potter Studios, Dartmoor, Bristol and more in 2018.

Around the college we have three international students participating in our prestigious Sports Academies competing with teams from colleges across the country. Over 40 of our international students are involved in college enrichment programmes and 24 students have taken advantage of our Extend opportunity, enabling them to gain more experiences and stand out in their university applications. Our 2nd year students are currently working hard with our Progression Team on their UCAS applications and we are delighted to announce that one student has already secured an offer to study medicine with two Russell Group Universities. We are excited to see whose next!

Finally, we will be inviting our students to join us for our annual Festival of Carols, giving the students a chance to experience some festive spirit and UK traditions. Find out more about this here.
