This course is for those with some previous experience of silver jewellery making. This course progresses on from the Silver Jewellery Making course.

What topics will I study?

You will cover the following:

  • Week 1 - Students discuss their progress with the tutor and establish work to be completed from previous term
  • Week 2 - Students work on their project
  • Week 3 - Students work on their project
  • Week 4 - Students work on their project
  • Week 5 - Students share finished work and evaluate their progress.

What are the entry requirements?

This course progresses on from the Silver Jewellery Making course.

What facilities are there?

Learners will be given a college ID badge and have access to all college facilities, including learning centres and computers. 

What can the course lead on to?

A Bead Jewellery Workshop course is available.

Are there any additional costs?

Silver for subsequent projects is bought at an extra cost. The price will depend on the amount used.


It is important that you apply and pay for your course at least one week before the course starts to ensure that you will have access to all the facilities and resources in your first week.
Please be aware that there are no car parking facilities at Exeter College city centre sites, but public car parks are available across the city.
