What is it like to study this course and how will I be assessed?

We have strict guidelines which aim to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our students.  It is our policy to ensure that you are made aware of certain health conditions that may make it unwise for you to participate in massage training, or that hinder your development in this area.  Obviously some conditions do not mean you cannot participate in training but that we may need to make certain adjustments to accommodate this, depending very much on the degree or severity of a condition. If you have any doubts about your suitability to do the course, please feel free to talk to our team who will advise you as best we can in the strictest confidence.

How will I be taught?

• Presentations
• Groups discussion
• Small group work
• Practical application of massage
• Demonstration
• Fun quizzes

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course. Let the tutor know what you wish to achieve at the beginning of the course.  You will be closely supervised and will work from a set of routine notes following clear demonstrations of each technique used. Practical massage will be performed in pairs with tutor guidance at each stage and regular feedback.
