Welcome Host Gold is a highly practical one day customer service training course which will equip you with skills and knowledge of customer service. The learning is interactive and includes group exercises, completion of a training booklet and a multiple choice exam.
During the course you will work through a series of exercises and activities focusing on the topics listed below. At the end of the day you will sit a multiple choice exam, enabling you to achieve the City and Guilds accredited Level 2 Award in the Principles of Customer Service for Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism in addition to your Welcome Host Gold Certification. You will receive a workbook and materials containing all the information you will need to pass the course.
