What topics will I study?

This course is aimed at learners wishing to prepare for the Cambridge First Certificate exam.

What are the entry requirements?

Learners should be at ESOL Level 1 or higher. To apply for these courses you will need to be aged 19 or above on 31st August 2018. This is a part time course with a lot of self-study at home, so it can be taken by anyone living in Devon, not just in the Exeter area.

What facilities are there?

You will have access to the Learning Centres.

What can the course lead on to?

Learners can progress to other ESOL classes at Level 2 or to other adult classes at Exeter College.

Are there any additional costs?

The course fee includes a course book but it does not include the exam fee.

It is important that you apply and pay for your course at least one week before the course starts to ensure that you will have access to all the facilities and resources in your first week.
Please be aware that there are no car parking facilities at Exeter College city centre sites, but public car parks are available across the city.
