What can the course lead on to?

You could undertake another catering course such as Bread making or the Art of Chocolate.

Are there any additional costs?

It would be useful to applicants if they could provide some of their own basic equipment i.e. sponge tins, set of electronic scales, piping bag with plain and star plastic piping tubes. All available from any good kitchen ware shop.
